Jocelyn Cooper, 15, lives with her aunt and uncle — Sonia and Chris Banks —in Scioto County, Ohio, a rural community hard hit by the opioid addiction crisis. Cooper is starting a support gathering called “Directly Affected” for the children of parents addicted to opioids.
