Ty Steele plays golf at the Jackson Park Golf Course in Chicago.

A $1.7-million renovation is in the works for the 18-hole Jackson Park Golf Course and and the neighboring 9-hole South Shore Golf Course. Steel said he was excited for the renovations. "It could bring a lot of revenue to the city," he said.
