The Citadel Cadets line up on the beach during an hour-long Navy SEAL-style physical training intensive on the beach at sunset.

On Saturday, August 4, 478 members of the Citadel leadership cadre participated in the Leadership Reaction Experience, a training day focused on team building, lead by current and former special operations and military personnel. Throughout the day, cadets listened to lectures on teamwork and participated in group problem-solving exercises, but the day ended with a demanding Navy SEAL-style physical training intensive on the beach at sunset.
Sarah Zorn is the first female Regimental Commander of the Corps of Cadets at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.
