Arena, Wisconsin -- Wednesday, May 23, 2018

Both 15-year-old boys are freshman at River Valley High School after having attend the Arena Community Elementary School from kindergarten to fifth grade. Brady Favreau is a fifth grader at Arena Community Elementary School and will attend the River Valley Middle School in the fall.

The Arena Community Elementary School, which was built in 1952, will close its doors for good on Monday, June 4, 2018. Next year, most students will travel 9 miles west to River Valley Elementary School, which is part of the River Valley School District, in Spring Green.
