Regimental Commander Sarah Zorn and Katie Walker, the 3rd Battalion Supply Officer, pose for a portrait with their Citadel rings, an important achievement for graduating cadets.

Zorn, who will have a five-year commitment to the Army when she graduates in May, is a Business Administration major.

In May, Cadet Col. Sarah Zorn became the Regimental Commander at the Citadel, the military college of South Carolina. Zorn is the first woman to hold the position of top cadet at the 175-year-old institution, which, up until 1995, didn't allow women to enroll.
