From Tim Fitzsimons’ story: In June, the Trump administration proposed new regulations that would ban most gender-based asylum claims, including sexuality and gender identity-based claims. The proposed ban doesn’t apply to Marivian Muñoz because she won her asylum case in a Tacoma, Washington courtroom on June 18, 2018.
