Mark Elliott cooks ribs for an Easter dinner with friends and family, including his niece Brooke Elliott and his grand newphew Landon Elliott, 1, at his Indianapolis home. Elliott has traveled back and forth to Mexico as his company Rexnord Bearings moves its operations to the country. Elliott is training his replacements.
