CHICAGO, ILLINOIS --

At left, apprentice Kai Steward, 22 and a business student at Harold Washington College in Chicago, works with fellow apprentice Anisa Wornum, at right, and intern Shreese Richardson at Aon's Tech Bar in Chicago. Steward said that the apprenticeship has taught her a lot about working in the corporate world. "It's a great challenge in a good way. I get to put all of my skills to work and see where I can build and where I can improve," Steward said.
